Group Sound Baths

 

A guided group sound bath offers a structured approach to stress reduction and
nervous system regulation through therapeutic sound. Deeply immersive using the healing vibrations designed to relax the body, calm the mind, and restore energetic balance to inspire transformation and positive change.


Lay down and allow the soothing sounds to wash over you. Using multiple instruments including my voice. Various vibrations and frequencies support the body’s natural healing process by promoting deep relaxation, lowering cortisol levels, and encouraging a meditative brainwave state.
 

The group setting enhances a sense of shared calm and connection. Making it suitable for both individuals and organisations seeking a non-invasive wellness modality.
 

These offerings are provided in a safe space, held for healing. Soft candlelight and ambient lighting are used to create a gentle environment, while natural elements foster a sense of peace and connection. We love to provide a serene setting providing a safe and nurturing space to help you unwind and let go.


No experience is needed—just bring yourself and an open heart - we will meet you there.

Session duration: 90 minutes to include breathwork, intention setting before the soundscape and an offering of herbal tea, snack to help with grounding and reconnection.

Healing Through Voice


A unique aspect of my sound healing sessions is the intuitive use of my voice through vocal toning and gentle singing. These vocal frequencies are guided by intention and attuned to the energetic needs of the moment, helping to deepen the healing process. The human voice carries powerful resonance and emotion, often creating a more personal and transformative experience. Whether softly layered over instruments or used in stillness, the voice can help shift stagnant energy, support emotional release, and amplify the intentions set at the start of the session.
